2. Scope of Service & Independent Status

Service Centre Helpline operates as an independent multi-brand out-of-warranty appliance service network. We provide on-site repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services for home appliances. We do not represent, act as an authorized agent for, or claim direct authorization from any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

3. Inspection & Diagnostic Fee Policy

• A standard, flat inspection fee is charged for technician dispatch, on-site diagnostics, and problem identification.
• The diagnostic fee is clearly communicated prior to the technician's arrival.
• If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee may be adjusted or waived into the total service quote based on the specific job scope provided on-site.
• If you choose to decline the repair service after the diagnosis is complete, the standard diagnostic/visiting fee remains mandatory and non-refundable to cover technician travel and evaluation time.

4. Quotes & Payments

All repair quotes provided on-site are transparent flat-rate estimates covering necessary spare parts and repair labor. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair work via cash, UPI, digital wallet, or bank transfer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure safe physical access to the appliance and electricity/water connections required for testing. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the premises during the entire service appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service Centre Helpline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing appliance defects, improper initial installations by third parties, or structural wiring/plumbing faults at the customer’s property.
